See this?
This is the most exciting thing I saw today.
A little moth doing his thing on a purple flower. I don't know what moths do on flowers but I captured it in a photo. Maybe he is taking a dump. Or maybe he's eating, resting or peeing.
Do moths pee?
Whatever the case I do hope the facilities at least provided him with the expected amenities.
The good thing is that I got to do a random act of kindness today and I barely had to leave my house. I was sitting here this afternoon lamenting that I wouldn't make it out of the house as per usual and then my doorbell rang. No one ever rings my doorbell. But my neighbor needed a jump start and asked did I have jumper cables. Ha ha HA. Do I have jumper cables? I have a pair of jumper cables that could jump start a car in LA using another car located in Nevada. The cables are long and heavy; I got covered in cobwebs digging them out of my rat infested garage, but it was worth it.
I am a car enthusiast and what is a car enthusiast without a pair of long distance jumper cables, a set of socket wrenches and an eagerness to help anyone with anything car related? Nothing I tell you.
We got his car started and I felt pretty good about the big events of the day. Yes, that was the big event of my day.
Many of you have sent emails about why I'm not posting as much as I used to, all I have to say is I've got a lot of things on my mind. All of which are things I can't write about on Moxie for one reason or another. These items are blocking all the other ideas (of which there are many) from spilling out on the page. But this I can promise, I'll have at least one good post each day (many of them are being created while you sleep). Just wish me luck in unclogging this stoppage. I just hope I don't need open blog surgery to clear the blockage. Being without health insurance I'm sure I'd end up with the narcoleptic surgeon.
{TWO random acts of kindness this week in honor of those who lost their lives. Please follow suit and post yours below}
