Hee. Good thing they're hiring from that pool of illiterate 12th graders.

You know, it really is a shame, though, that there's no place poor people can go to borrow books. They could just read them and take them back. Taxpayers might even be willing to pay for it. I know it sounds a little crazy, but I might just mention it to my senator.

I get your point but all they did was miss the "h" key when they typed up the article. Surely there are better examples of stupid people pretending to be smart out there.

Samurai, there were other typos in the article. Words run together... etc. But I find it hilarious when there is even one mistake when talking about education. Especially within a quote.

Tanya, brilliant idea. I wish we had these tax-payer funded book lending places in America. So poor kids could have a chance to learn and read. Maybe Al Gore can invent that too!
