I've had an exhausting week, so I'm broadcasting live from the Moxtopia Compound instead of the studio. Join me in my livingroom for some good chat about the week's events.

One topic that is for sure -- I'm in escrow for my first home. It's like menopause but less fun. I had an angry mortgage broker on the phone. And none of this is as dull as it sounds!

So is the show still starting in 20? Any second now?

Bruce, I'm normally in the studio and on the studio cam. But this week was crazy so I did the show from home sans cam.
Next week I'll be back in the studio, hope you will join us!

Congrats on the world of home ownership! I'm still trying to figure out where the benefits of this is - seems like a lot of extra work and expense I wasn't paying before. :-)
